Make the content searchable
Section titled “Make the content searchable”- Enable the file type and its extension.
- Include its folder, or enable the appropriate app source.
- Save your changes and run indexing.
Password-protected, unreadable, or unsupported files may not be processed. Files stored only in a cloud service must be available to Fenn through a supported source or downloaded to an indexed folder.
Text or visuals?
Section titled “Text or visuals?”All Files supports visual and meaning-based search. Text-Optimized focuses on extractable text and does not provide Semantic or Hybrid search.
A scanned PDF can look like text to you while being an image to the app. For words visible in scans, photos, or video frames, use All Files indexing and Semantic search.
